Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services of Ronin Graphics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services Ronin Graphics provides 2D & 3D design solutions, AI-powered graphics, and cloud-integrated creative services. The specifics of each service will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Project Quotes and Fees All project quotes are valid for 30 days. Fees are payable as per the schedule outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue payments.
Revisions and Alterations Our standard service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major alterations to the project scope may require a revised quote.
Project Timelines Project timelines will be specified in individual agreements. Ronin Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or provision of materials.
Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Ronin Graphics retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our processes and pricing.
Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability Ronin Graphics' liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for any consequential damages.
Cloud Services and Data While we use secure cloud services, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of provided materials and final deliverables.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
Changes to Terms Ronin Graphics reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
